Pricing Breakdown

Our pricing format is simple and direct. We charge a $150 per service requested. If your work order requires material, we charge a flat rate fee of $20 plus the cost of material.

The provided price is only for repairs and maintenance on preexisting structures, appliances,  and fixtures. If  your requested work order does not fall into this category, you will be advised prior to service.

We reserve the right to deny any work orders that are deemed out of scope. If the customer fails to provide accurate information or undermines the requested service,  the service fee will be forfeited. The fee could also be applied to a revaluated quote for work.

All work orders must be paid prior to your appointment
